Elsa was wrong.
Letting go doesn’t always feel god. Sometimes it even hurts and feels wrong. Just remember pain doesn’t mean it’s wrong. You hurt much because you loved much, and that’s okay. Jesus tells us to love deeply.
So, when it hurts, don’t blame God or the circumstances, instead cling to God, who is the author and perfecter of your faith.
When you let go and the letting go hurts, let God. Let him put you back together, comfort you, fill the void that seems bottomless, and show you His infinite goodness.
Let it go and let God.
P.S. What happened last time you let go and let God?
